Urgent requirement: we are hiring a nursery worker in Ford County, Illinois. You will work at a plant nursery. You should have: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting On the job you will handle: • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds Rotating shifts.
