Chef de partie — Cattaraugus County

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Cattaraugus County, New York. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
