Vacancy available: kitchen steward (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Medina County, Texas. On a typical shift you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
