Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Martin County, Florida. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 1+ years on the tools preferred.
