System formwork carpenter — Grant Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Grant Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. You will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Part-time with flexible hours.
