What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
