On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Full-time with occasional weekends.
