Urgent requirement: waiter (Kano State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Takai, Kano State. You will be based in a five-star hotel. The role involves explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts ₦85,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
