Join our team: bulldozer operator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Nacogdoches County, Texas. You will be based in an open-cast mine. On a typical shift you will backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; stockpile and spread material to the required levels. What we are looking for: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
