You should have: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment The role involves clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
