Captain waiter — Forsyth County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Forsyth County, Georgia. The job is at a beach resort. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
