Powder coating operator — Butler County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Butler County, Missouri. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
