Dough maker wanted in Ezza South

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Ezza South, Ebonyi State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
