Tile fixer wanted in Portsmouth

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile fixer in Portsmouth, England. You will work on a residential construction site. The role involves: • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling Ideal candidate: • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
