Butcher wanted in Russell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Russell County, Kansas. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Meals and transport allowance provided.
