Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Ogun Waterside, Ogun State. The job is on a metro and tunnel project. The role involves brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
