Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Numan, Adamawa State. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces We offer ₦230,000 per month plus benefits.
