Dough maker — Boone County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Boone County, Illinois. You will work in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 4+ years on the tools preferred.
