Plasterer's mate — Red River Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Red River Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a plastering and dry lining contractor. You should have: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Day to day you will fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
