Foundry operative wanted in Ezza North

Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry operative in Ezza North, Ebonyi State. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. The role involves: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Full-time, day shift.
