PVC window assembler — Ahoada East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Ahoada East, Rivers State. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Day-to-day duties: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it Full-time, day shift.
