Join our team: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Aiyedade, Osun State. The job is at a brass and bronze foundry. On the job you will handle: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle Ideal candidate: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Basic grinding and fettling skills 6+ years on the tools preferred.
