Backhoe loader operator • Humboldt County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Humboldt County, Iowa. You will work in an open-cast mine. You should have: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently On a typical shift you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations.
