Immediate opening: we are hiring a pressman in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The job is at a dry cleaner's. The role involves fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
