Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Waseca County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel 6+ years on the tools preferred.
