Join our team: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Overton County, Tennessee. The role involves set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
