Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Rio Blanco County, Colorado. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
