Pastry baker — Ijebu North

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ijebu North, Ogun State. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Full-time with occasional weekends.
