Powder coating operator — Tarrant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Tarrant County, Texas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
