Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Lee County, South Carolina. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
