The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards ₦230,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
