On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Full-time, day shift.
