Crane rigger — Baxter County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane rigger in Baxter County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle Requirements: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Full-time, day shift.
