Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Richmond County, Virginia. The job is in a CNC machining unit. The role involves: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
