Offshore rigger — Barkin Ladi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Barkin Ladi, Plateau State. The job is at a busy construction site. On the job you will handle: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
