Fry cook wanted in Bartow County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Bartow County, Georgia. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
