Baker — Oshimili South

Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Oshimili South, Delta State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
