Counterbalance forklift operator — Cross County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counterbalance forklift operator in Cross County, Arkansas. The role involves operate counterbalance and reach trucks within the marked aisles; read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit; stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking; transport raw materials and finished goods between bays; sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris. Requirements: • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks • Minimum 1-2 years' warehouse forklift experience • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
