Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Wood County, Ohio. The job is on a residential building site. On a typical shift you will prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; sand and fill walls before applying primer; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Full-time, day shift. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
