Panel wireman — Cambridgeshire

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel wireman in Cambridgeshire, England. You will work on a building construction site. The role involves: • Wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards • Fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands • Pull and terminate cables in conduit and cable trays • Measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
