Retail butcher — Grant County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Grant County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking 2+ years on the tools preferred.
