The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 4+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
