Dishwasher — Sagbama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Sagbama, Bayelsa State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
