Quality control inspector — Clare County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Clare County, Michigan. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing What we are looking for: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
