Powder coating operator — Gumel

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Gumel, Jigawa State. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦70,000 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
