Oven operator — Crawford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
