Head baker — Marshall County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Marshall County, Mississippi. The job is in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
