Immediate opening: cnc production machinist (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Barber County, Kansas. The role involves: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
