Elevator technician — Mercer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator technician in Mercer County, New Jersey. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Day to day you will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; run load and overload tests with test weights; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake.
