Gang bricklayer wanted in Wayne County

Join our team: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Wayne County, Utah. You will work on a commercial construction site. The role involves installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
